| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) intends to hire the services of a qualified and potential printing firm having capability to meet the day to day requirements of the UNDP. In this regards, through this ITB UNDP will establish a Long Term Agreement with the printing firm for a period of three years. Potential printing firms/companies are invited to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of required documents as stated in Bid Data Sheet along with properly filled-in Price Schedule in a separate sealed envelopes should reach to the following address on or before Wednesday 15 October 2014 1230 hours in accordance with Section 2 of the ITB. Bids received after the above mentioned deadline will not be considered. Hand delivery at the below address is not acceptable. Therefore, it is requested to please ensure to submit all the documents through courier to the following address.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Monday 29 September 2014 at 1100 hours in UNDP office situated at 6th Floor Serena Business Complex, Khayaban e Suharwardy, Islamabad. The bidders who wish to attend the pre-bid conference are kindly requested to send the name, NIC number and company name to Mr. Anees Ahmed Khan at anees.khan@undp.org before Monday 26 September 2014 by 1200 hours in order to obtain necessary security clearance. No bidder will be allowed to take part without security clearance.
Any requests for clarifications about the contents of ITB shall be sent via fax (+51-2600254 & 55) or to the email address at procurement.info@undp.org. Answers to questions/inquiries will be posted on the UNDP Country Office website.
While UNDP would endeavor to provide response/clarification expeditiously, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date.
