| Overview : Để chuẩn bị cho gói thầu cung cấp nước uống tinh khiết cho Cơ quan LHQ tại Việt nam, UNDP Việt Nam kính mời các công ty tại Hà Nội có quan tâm gửi hồ sơ năng lực giới thiệu về công ty mình. Những công ty nộp đủ hồ sơ theo yêu cầu và đạt tối thiểu 70% số điểm theo tiêu chí cho trước sẽ được mời tham gia đấu thầu chính thức.
Khách hàng của gói thầu này là 400 nhân viên của 10 tổ chức LHQ làm việc trong tòa nhà Xanh chung một LHQ tại 304 Kim Mã, Hà Nội. Ngoài ra, công ty được lựa chọn còn có cơ hội cung cấp nước uống cho các tổ chức LHQ khác ở Hà Nội.
Thời hạn hợp đồng: 01 năm và có thể gia hạn thêm 02 năm phụ thuộc vào chất lượng dịch vụ của nhà cung cấp.

Các công ty quan tâm xin gửi hồ sơ gồm:
1. Hồ sơ năng lực kèm bản sao đăng ký kinh doanh (* yêu cầu bắt buộc)
2. Giấy chứng nhận chất lượng do cơ quan chức năng cấp
3. Danh sách khách hàng theo phụ lục 1 (* yêu cầu bắt buộc)
4. Chương trình khuyến mãi, hỗ trợ ưu tiên khách hàng là cơ quan LHQ
5. Bảng giá công bố và chương trình kiểm tra chất lượng nước định kỳ

In order to prepare the bidding process of Drinking Water Supply for the Green One UN House, UNDP Viet Nam would like to invite interested bidders to submit company profile and other documents demonstrating their capacity. Bidders who fully submit the required documents and obtain minimum 70% of total points will be shortlisted for the bidding on provision of Drinking Water for the Green One UN House.
The selected supplier will provide drinking water for 400 staff from 10 UN agencies located in the Green One UN House at 304 Kim Ma, Ha Noi and will have chance to serve other UN Agencies in Hanoi.
Contract will be signed for one year with possible extension for maximum additional two years subject to UN Agencies’ satisfactory evaluation of the service provider’s performance.

Interested bidders are requested to submit the following documents:
1. Company profile including a copy of business license (* mandatory condition)
2. Quality Certificate issued by Government Authority in conformity with technical regulation
3. Client tracking list as Annex 1 (* mandatory condition)
4. Promotion programme applicable to UN Agencies in Viet Nam
5. Public rate of drinking water products and schedule for product quality inspection by authorized Agencies
in hard copy to UNDP Việt Nam, 72 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem or by email to procurement.vn@undp.org no later than submission deadline of 13 October 2014.
