Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in two separate sealed envelopes (together with two accompanying CDs – one for technical and one for financial proposal – separated in corresponding envelopes) should reach the following address no later than 22 October, 2014 at UN WOMEN, UN House, Zmaja od Bosne bb, to the attention of Anesa Dizdarevic, National GRB Coordinator or e-mail anesa.dizdarevic@unwomen.org.
4. If you request additional information, we would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.
