Ideally, but not essential, the contractor will have had some prior experience with electoral management bodies. Final deliverables include:updated report on MEC Organizational Structure Analysis and Design; report on capacity building plan; report on Implementation of the restructuring process; presentation to stakeholders; and final Report. |
