| Overview : The Engaging Youth on Citizen Security project is seeking to script and produce educational videos and audio resources promoting citizen participation in community safety and building social cohesion. The project is therefore issuing a Request for Quotations from an individual consultant/and or company to produce a series of Infomercials in order educate youth on the main threats to insecurity in their communities, countries and the Caribbean, as well as the solutions offered in the Caribbean Human Development Report on Citizen Security launched by the UNDP Caribbean Office in February 2012. |
