| Overview : The desired outcome is the delivery of animated and printable infographics based on annual monitors from UNCDF programmes: MM4P, YouthStart and MicroLead. (PLEASE REFER TO TOR DOCUMENT)
. 15 infographic kits
. “Infographic kit” = animated infographics + printable summary version
15 animated infographics + printable summary versions:
. MM4P
. 9 infographic kits
. 1 per country: Benin, Lao-PDR, Liberia, Malawi, Nepal, Senegal, Uganda and Zambia
. 1 summary of all countries
. YouthStart
. 2 infographic kits
. MicroLead
. 4 infographic kits
The length of the animated infographic and the size of the printable version will be determined based on the final content and will be subject to agency recommendation based on experience and best practices.
Based on the content that will be delivered, we’ll need for each infographic kit:
. Creative translation of the content and figures delivered
. Storytelling, scenario and script
. Copywriting and translations in English (international) and French
. Graphical direction based on UCDF’s graphical guidelines
. Graphic design
. Storyboard
. Animation and motion design
. Voice-over in English (international) and French
. Sound design and sound effects
. Delivery of the final files (formats TDB)
Estimated Timing:
. 2 infographic kits ready by January/February 2015 (for MM4P)
. The rest will be realized between February and December 2015
DURATION OF THE ASSIGMENT
. From January to December 2015
