Overview : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Phase 2 Development of the UN Philippines Portal The Procurement and Administrative Services Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites local consulting firms to apply for eligibility and to bid for the subcontract on the “Phase 2 Development of the UN Philippines Portal”. The UN Philippines website serves as the platform for disseminating information and sharing knowledge pertinent to the various assistances provided by resident UN agencies in the country. The current portal’s functionality needs to be upgraded to address additional information demands of its clientele. In this regard, the project requires the services of a consulting firm to develop and instill additional functionalities to the current portal. UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.
