| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) India hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject UNDP is one of the implementing partners of the GAVI Alliance- supported Health System Strengthening (HSS) project through which the Government of India via Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), is actively working to improve immunization coverage rates in the country. As part of its support, UNDP is launching procurement processes for the core Programme’s component namely the Electronic Vaccine Intelligence Network or eVIN system that needs to be established in all the of the districts of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. eVIN system will rely on strategic use of technology and strengthening existing mechanisms with regards to the storage, transport and availability of vaccines at different levels. The essential elements of the project are divided into three core areas: - Component A: The technology – the software solution and its use
- Component B: The human resources and capacity building
- Component C: Temperature monitoring system
