| Overview : The objectives of the consultancy are as follows: - To conduct a market survey of comparator organizations for purposes of reviewing the current service contract salary scale and matching job descriptions.
- To determine benefits and entitlements/allowances offered by comparator organizations over and above the basic salary.
- To consolidate the findings of (1) and (2) above, and with the guidance of The Service Contract Remuneration Methodology, derive a new Service Contract Salary Scale.
