| Overview : DOCUMENT FOR SCOPE OF WORKS INCLUDE THE BILLS OF QUANTITIES, COMPLETE SET OF DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. Introduction – The renovations of the Trace Analysis Laboratory at the Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ) Headquarters Building referred to in the Bills of Quantities and set of architectural are Drawings are planned under International Trade Centre (ITC)-funded project and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (“UNDP”) - Zimbabwe Country office. The works includes the renovation of a basement to the existing Standards Association of Zimbabwe (SAZ) Headquarters building in Harare Zimbabwe. The locations and the gross floor area is about 120m2. Scope of Works – Supply all labor, materials and equipment for the renovation and completion of above specified facility including the installation of plumbing fittings, including all the required finishes to the approval of and as described in the Bills of Quantities. All works should be compliant with as the descriptions in the technical Specifications, Drawings and Bills of Quantities to meet the following main completion status - Walling using brickwork or cement and sand block as specified in cement and sand mortar as specified in the Bills of Quantities.
- Aluminum Doors, Screens and Windows
- Finishes-Floor screed as specified, rendering to external walls and lime plaster to internal walls and painting with the specified paint to the ceiling
- All electrical works should be done where necessary as per drawings, BOQ and specifications.
