| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 19 May 2015 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, room 305. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to natalia.djandjgava@undp.org by COB on Monday, 18 May 2015. UPDATE 15/05/2015: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instruction to Proposers, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no. 1 to the Request for Proposals document is published below. Changes are marked in red within the document. In accordance with the amendment, the date of the pre-proposal conference is changed to 20 May 2015, 14:00 (Moldova local time). UPDATE 21/05/2015: Minutes of the Pre-proposal Conference held on 20/05/2015 are now published below.
At the same time, pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instruction to Proposers UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Section 3 (Terms of Reference) of the Request for Proposals document is amended to make certain corrections to the indicative timeframe. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect. UPDATE 01/06/2015: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for submission of Proposals until 15/06/2015, 10:00 (Moldova local time). Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
