| Overview : We kindly request you to submit quotations for Firefighting Equipment, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. The applicant shall provide the following: - A brief company background and information (not more than 5 pages) supporting their suitability for this assignment.
- Submission of tender documents, these are; a valid trading license, a valid Tax Clearance Certificate. In the absence of these, please provide certified proof of exemption;
- A complete Quotation submission form provided at Annex 2;
