| Overview : Moldova Energy and Biomass Project invites design offices to participate in a tender for carrying out design the design of biomass heating systems and solar hot-water installations in 66 communities of Moldova. The overall objective of the assignment is to provide professional engineering/design works with emphasis on the development of designs and complete tender/construction documents required for installation and putting into operation of up to 66 heating systems fired with biomass briquettes/pellets and complemented with solar hot water installations. The design services will also include identification of the most efficient technical solution for heating, development of detailed design and engineering documentation along with complete tender/construction documents including drawings, technical specifications, construction bill of quantities and cost estimates for each heating installation. UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises at UN House Conference Room (131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova), a pre-bidding conference on 10 June 2015 at 11:30. Representatives of all interested offerors are invited to attend.
