| Overview : BACKGROUND / RATIONALE Water resource management and disaster management needs the hydrological and meteorological information for better use of the resource and management system. Thus, the hydrology study focuses mainly on data monitoring, processing, analysis and information generation that needs equipments, capacity building, technical support and supervision. Thus the Ministry of water, Irrigation and Energy in collaboration with UNDP is working to implement a project that facilitates the hydrological study. Thus, according to the project proposal, the procurement of different equipments are proposed and attached herewith. OBJECTIVES OF THE SUPPLY OF GOODS / EQUIPMENT / TECHNOLOGIES - To improve the hydrological network system
- To capacitate the hydrological system with automated and telemetry
- To have a real-time data and continues information
- To capacitate the human resources in hydrological monitoring
