| Overview : BACKGROUND / RATIONALE Water resource management and disaster management needs the hydrological and meteorological information for better use of the resource and management system. Thus, the hydrology study focuses mainly on data monitoring, processing, analysis and information generation that needs equipment, capacity building, technical support and supervision. Thus the Ministry of water, Irrigation and Energy in collaboration with UNDP is working to implement a project that facilitates the hydrological study. Thus, according to the project proposal, the procurement of different equipment are proposed and attached herewith.
