With reference to the Request for Proposal on UN package services including cleaning, building maintenance, front desk and gardening services to United Nations Agencies in China dated 13 July 2015, UNDP hereby informs you that the deadline of submission has been extended to: COB,  17 August 2015

Request for Proposal:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of UN Participating Agencies hereby invites you to submit a Proposal for UN package services including cleaning, building maintenance, front desk and gardening services to United Nations Agencies in China

Attached please find the detailed Request for Proposal.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, and a set of sample of cleaning materials should be submitted in accordance with Section 2 & 6.

A pre-proposal conference will be held on: 

Time:  14:00

Date:  16 July 2015

Venue: Large Conference Room, United Nations Compound located at No. 2 Liangmahe Nanlu, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100600 /北京市朝阳区亮马河南路2号联合国大院.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to the following address:

Attention: Procurement Unit

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than Close of Business, 20 July 2015.  The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. 

If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded.
