| Overview : In 2015 the UNDP Regional Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean has the objective of establishing a pre-approved Roster to have a pool of experts who are ready to provide consultancy services for LOCAL GOVERNANCE AND TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT; AND TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY for the benefit of all Projects in the Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Upon the establishment of this roster, qualified individual consultants will be called upon to be contracted under an Individual Contract and deployed to provide specific technical advice and short term consultancies for periods not to exceed 12 months. To this effect, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Regional Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean invites eligible national and international individual consultants to indicate their Expression of Interest for the 2 sub categories areas as indicated below: 1) Local Governance and Territorial Development 2) Transparency and Accountability The detailed instructions on how to apply, required minimum expertise, experience, qualifications and competencies along with the support documents to be included when submitting interest together with evaluation, and selection criteria towards this roster can be downloaded (see attachements on this add), starting NOVEMBER 13, 2015. Any proposals received and not conforming to the EOI guidelines will be considered as technically non-responsive and the proposal may be rejected. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- El Centro Regional del PNUD tiene el objetivo de establecer un Roster Pre-aprobado a fin de tener una lista de expertos que estén listos para proveer servicios de consultoría en la temática de GOBERNABILIDAD LOCAL Y DESARROLLO TERRITORIAL; Y TRANSPARENCIA Y RENDICIÓN DE CUENTAS, a fin de beneficiar a sus Proyectos y a Oficinas de Campo que puedan requerir estos servicios a lo largo de toda América Latina y el Caribe. Al establecer este Roster pre-aprobado, los consultores calificados serán llamados para ejercer consultorías y requeridos para proveer servicios técnicos suscribiendo un Contrato Individual durante cortos períodos que no excederán los 12 meses.
