| Overview : The objective of the UNDP-GEF “Improving Energy Efficiency in the Residential Buildings Sector of Turkmenistan” project (EERB) is to reverse the existing trends of energy management in buildings and reduce consumption of electrical and thermal energy and associated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the new and reconstructed residential buildings in Turkmenistan. Within this framework the project will introduce the principles of integrated building design approach and promotion of new energy-efficient (EE) technologies, materials and equipment in the construction practices of Turkmenistan, from the stage of building design through construction, quality assurance/quality control and maintenance. UNDP Turkmenistan Country Office is seeking for Offers from Bidders for supply of Energy Management System, including training and supervision for the system installation in the Koshi Complex of Buildings, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
