| Overview : UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 01 National Pulp and Paper Technical Expert for detailed assessment of Climate Change mitigation options for the pulp and paper sub-sector in Viet Nam. The main objectives of this assignment are to: - Identify financeable and scalable measures for the pulp and paper sub-sector in Vietnam with a high GHG emission reduction potential that could have a transformative and sustainable impact for the sub-sector in Vietnam - Quantify the GHG emission reduction potential of each of these mitigation measures at the sub-sector level, their cost-benefits and prioritise them The consultancy is expected to be 30 working days between November 2015 and January 2016.
