| Overview : Country: Nepal Description of the assignment: To support ECN in development of a monitoring mechanism to ensure effective implementation of Election Code of Conduct 2015. The consultant is required to submit a report to the Election Commission outlining provision of monitoring mechanism with its role, responsibilities, power and as well as recommendations for compliance by the concerned stakeholders towards a free, fair, impartial, transparent and reliable manner.
