Overview : United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training institutes for providing skill training and placement to women and girls in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Delhi, Haryana, UP and Maharashtra. Expressions of Interest are invited from agencies with a proven track record in the following areas: - Providing screening and counselling of mobilized girls/women.
- Assessing the need and aptitude that are fundamental for the training
- Developing training content to ensure employability as per current industry practices.
- Providing training and certification of the girls/women post training.
- Providing quality trainings as per NSDC approved protocols and guidelines.
- Conducting timely assessment and monitoring of the learnings of the trainees through provision of individual feedback.
- Placement of the trainees and tracking placed trainees for a period of six months.
- Leveraging Government funding for provision of training to women and girls
- A high proportion of placement of the trained women and girls in the private sector.
