Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan is announcing the request for proposals (RFP) process in order to implement the following project with two lots of deliverables:

Lot 1: Development and introduction of a Common Framework of Competencies (Competencies Model), testing programmes for assessing competencies and determining the level of commitment to the values of the civil service for Corps A and B administrative civil service positions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Lot 2: Development and introduction of a factor and point scale (grading system) and determination of pay scales for Corps A and B administrative civil service positions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Detailed information is given in the attached Request for Proposals package.

Instructions:

Proposals submitted in hard copy should be submitted to the UNDP Office situated at 14 Bukei Khan Street, Astana, 010000, Kazakhstan, and they should be addressed to Yerzhan Temirgaliyev, Procurement Associate, UNDP Kazakhstan.

Proposals submitted electronically should be submitted to procurement.kz@undp.org.

The deadline for hard copy or electronic submissions is Monday 29 February 2016, 18:00 hours Astana time.

Please see specific instructions in the RFP package Data Sheet.

Proposals submitted after the deadline will automatically be disqualified.
