Overview :

The UNDP-UNEP Poverty Environment Initiative (PEI) is a global UN-led programme supporting country-led efforts to mainstream poverty-environment linkages into national development planning.

PEI provides financial and technical assistance to government partners to establish institutional and capacity strengthening programmes and carry out activities to address the particular poverty-environment context.

As part of this effort, PEI produces various knowledge products and communication materials targeting national and global audiences and practitioners working on mainstreaming environment into national development planning and the implementation that follows. In order to professionally present and communicate the information, these products would benefit from the experience and skills of a KM consultant who can provide professional editing and graphic design services.

Purpose and Scope of Activity

The purpose of this assignment is to provide updates, edits, corrections, quality assurance, consistency of language, key messages and graphic design conceptual usage of succinct and refined formats to prepare for publication the following knowledge products and communications material:

Submission of applications

Interested and qualified Individual Consultants should submit their applications which should include the following;

  • UNDP Personal; History form (P11) template provided;
  • Detailed curriculum vitae;
  • IC Proposal form (Template provided).
  • Examples of past work undertaken
  • Cost pf production by daily rate and timeline per product (working hours)
