| Overview : UNDP Viet Nam is seeking 01 International Consultant for Project Inception phase. The objective of this assignment is to review project context, project baseline and assumptions compare to the baseline and assumptions, which used at the project design, in order to recommend revision of project key activities (if necessary) and implement strategy toward achieving project overall objective. The consultancy is expected to be 20 working days between April and May 2016. More details can be found in the attached solicitation document. The selection will be based on competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
