REQUEST OF PROPOSAL
The UNDP Election Project is interested in hiring a company with excellent experience in the field of Media support and Monitoring services, and inviting for a RFP to be delivered to UNDP Office on or before 12th October 2008.
UNDP will give consideration only to those Proposals ?that are fully compliant with the Request of Proposals ?and meeting all mentioned Terms of Reference and requirements, ?and prospective Submitters should demonstrate that their? companies is responsible, fully experienced and competent in similar type of services. The submitter should ensure successful and timely completion of all services specified in this Proposal.

Your Proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope and should be clearly marked the name of the company and RFP/KRT/08/102.? Closing date of receipt of the Proposals by Close of Business on 12:00 noon, 12th October 2008 at the office of UNDP Khartoum.? Any Proposals submitted after this day/time will not be considered.
