Overview :

The Central Procurement Unit (CPU), UNDP invites vendors to indicate interest in providing Managed Video Conferencing Services.

UNDP has been using video conferencing (VC) technology solutions for over 16 years.  The existing VC environment includes Polycom RealPresence Collaboration Server, RealPresence Distributed Media Application (DMA), RealPresence Access Director (RPAD) and RealPresence Resource Manager, and over 250 video endpoints across 144 different countries.  These endpoints are a mixed group of Polycom Group Series; HDX; VSX; and ViewStation SP, MP and FX. UNDP has invested in and plans to continue utilizing Microsoft Office 365 (Enterprise E3 plan), including Skype for Business.

In accordance with the procedure set out in the UNDP Procurement Guidelines and UNDP Financial Rules and Regulation, UNDP may decide to further invite vendors to participate in the bidding exercise.

Please refer to Annex I, Terms of Reference for more background information and technical details.
