| Overview : UNSMIL/UNDP Libya, based at Tunis – Tunisia will organize two workshops between 11 – 22 July 2016 bringing together Misrata/Tawergha Joint Committee represents key parties as part of an effort to reach agreement on arrangements and conditions for the satisfactory and safe return of Tawerghans to their homes. The overall objective of two workshops is to identify and discuss the key issues related to the implementation plan for the Road Map Document including: - The requirements of justice for both sides;
- The needs of victims, including reparations, for both sides;
- The physical conditions necessary to support returns to Tawergha and damaged areas in Misrata;
- The maintenance of peace and the promotion of reconciliation between Misrata and Tawergha.
