| Overview : RFPfor: (1) Conducting a need assessment on the capacities, tools and methodologies needed to deliver integrated community based social services (ICBSS) for Roma and Egyptians in the regions of Tirana, Durres, Berat and Shkodra; and 2) Preparing four pilot packages of ICBSS (one for each intervention region) as per the family-based approach aiming at enabling local government units to facilitate access of Roma and Egyptian communities to public and social services (civil registration, health and social care, and education). |
