| Overview : The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is part of the Bureau for Management Services (BMS) and is responsible for HR management, policy and practices across UNDP. OHRs work is highly integrated and we are committed to collaboratively work with HR practitioners to support and serve our people. OHR is comprised of three teams that manage key HR service lines for UNDP and partner UN organizations. The three teams are Human Resources Management (HRM), Integrated Talent Management (ITM), and the OHR Strategy and Policy Unit (SPU). OHR is based in New York, with the JPO Service Centre in the UN City complex in Copenhagen and other OHR staff members located in Bangkok, Amman, and Istanbul. Under the supervision of the OHR Deputy Director and Chief of HRM and working closely with Team Leaders in the HR Integrated Solutions unit, HRM cluster; the consultant to develop a web-based solution that will help in automating monthly ad-hoc reports and also for tracking Real-time data on RC profiles and information on their movements over time.
