| Overview : (REVISION TO EVALUATION CRITERIA) UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Expert on Methods for Measuring GHG Emissions from Civil Aviation and Design Market-based Measure (MBM) System for Vietnam The objective of this assignment is to “Develop Methods for Measuring GHG Emissions from Civil Aviation”, including measurement of a baseline reference level against which GHG reduction efforts can be assessed, and design of a market-based measure (MBM) system for Vietnam in accordance with international good practice. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
