| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit documents applying for Pre-qualification of Contractors for the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)-UNDP Bottom-Up Budgeting (BUB) Project. BUB Civil Works Project includes the Construction and Rehabilitation of Bridges, Drainage Systems, Road Concreting, Daycare Centers, Evacuation Centers, School Buildings, Training Centers, Women Centers, and Senior Citizens Centers in Various Regions of the Philippines. Interested Contractors must demonstrate sufficient track record and specialization in performing the above works, preferably on public structures. International contractors are expected to appoint their exclusive local representative / partner in the Philippines. Once the contractors are rendered pre-qualified, UNDP intends to establish a list of prequalified contractors who will be regularly invited to participate in tendering (Request for Quotation or Invitation to Bid) for civil works nationwide in the Philippines.
