| Overview : Background: UNDP Libya, based at Tunis - Tunisia is seeking a qualified and motivated international consultant under “Political Dialogue” Project. Under this project, UNDP/UNSMIL is organizing one workshop in Tunis from 29-31 August 2016 for the full committee to conclude an agreement on the implementation plan for the Road Map Document. For this workshop, support of consultant is required to provide legal advice, develop legal opinions and conduct legal research, with the overall aim to support the GNA to advance the implementation of the Libyan Political Agreement (LPA).
