| Overview : The Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) is the custodian of the evaluation function in UNDP. It is guided by the UNDP Evaluation Policy, which requires IEO to maintain an online platform for managing evaluation content for the organization. In order to fulfill this responsibility, IEO maintains the Evaluation Resource Center (ERC), serving as an online public platform and database of all UNDP evaluation reports, management responses and evaluation plans. Moreover, the IEO serves a Secretariat function to the UN Evaluation Group (UNEG), on behalf of which it maintains the UNEG website. References to IEO below include services to be provided to UNEG as well. IEO would like to enter into a long-term agreement with an external vendor to provide application maintenance and support services for the Evaluation Resource Center (http://erc.undp.org) and UNEG Website (http://www.unevaluation.org), specifically: - application maintenance, technical support and upgrades;
- Server and database maintenance and back-up and
- Application security.
