| Overview : We kindly request local companies in Kosovo to submit Proposal for “Development and implementation of a public awareness campaign on the use of the E-Boxes for the measuring of the quality of public service delivery” as per the enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR) (Annex 4) of this RFP. When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. The Proposal should be received trough E-tendering system by suppliers not later than 05 September 2016 - as per Appendix A. Appendix A – Instructions Manual for Bidders. Your Proposal must be written in the English language and valid for a minimum period of 180 days Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
