Overview : !!--The deadline for this RFP has been EXTENDED until 19th October 2016--!! Design, supply and install the software for fully operational Electronic Document Archive Filing System at GDT premises which shall be compatible to record all relevant applications/requests received by General Directorate of Traffic different governorates and other relevant GDT office. The vehicle documents shall be saved based on the car registration number, chassis number, insurance certificate number, insurance company name in addition to other fields which shall enable all documents to be saved electronically and files/data to be easily recovered based on the input field of query. Also license documents shall be saved based on the information such as: driver name, civil ID no., MOI number, license type and other needed information and vehicle inspection documents shall be saved based on the information such as: inspector name, date and other needed information. The files/data will be collected from different governorates and placed in one location by GDT.� The physical archiving will involve designing and operating a manual archiving system whereby files/documents will be properly organized, referenced and easily retrievable consistent with international filing/archiving standards.� The proposed new system should replace current manual document filing system and enable to produce reports and statistics with respect to the civil ID and car registration number etc. |
