Dear Sir / Madam:
We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Refurbishment of the LAS Consultation Center located in Tbilisi, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
Signed and stamped proposals in sealed envelopes may be submitted on or before Tuesday, September 6, 2016 6:00 PM and via courier mail to the address below:

Your Proposal must be expressed in English and valid for a minimum period of 60 days
In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
