| Overview : UNDP Viet Nam seeks 01 Professional Firm/Institution to provide the maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) and Electronic Security System (ESS) in the Green One UN House (GOUNH). The objective of the assignment is to provide comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance services, remedial repair services and equipment inspections ensuring BMS and ESS operate as intended and in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations and industry’s best practices. The duration of this assignment is one year from 15 December 2016 with possible extension to maximum 3 years.
