| Overview : RE-ADVERTISEMENT EXTENSION TO 1 MARCH 2017 Description: UNDP Vietnam seeks National Consultant to support the drafting of a stocktaking report and a project proposal to advance the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) process. The primary objective of this assignment is to prepare a stocktaking report including an institutional gap analysis and a detailed roadmap for the Government of Viet Nam to scale-up successful adaptation strategies and to accelerate its NAP elaboration process. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
