| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified service provider for Cisco SMARTnet maintenance service. The main purpose is to establish a contract for the purchase of CISCO SMARTnet maintenance service for CISCO Infrastructure at Green One UN House at 304 Kim Ma Street, Ha Noi, Viet Nam. The supplier must be authorized by CISCO to SMARTnet support services and must be a CISCO gold or silver partner. Duration of contract: 01 year and can be extended for maximum 4 years more based on (i) UN’s requirement; (ii) fund availability and satisfactory service provided by the contractor. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
