The proposed schedule of implementation is required at the time of the submission of the technical and financial proposals. It can be further discussed and agreed after contract award 3. What is the level of interactivity requested for the six modules? Vendor is better suited to suggest those meetings that are really crucial to assure regular monitoring, revisions and agreements. Regular meetings can be undertaken via VC or skype. UNDP Technical team would like to have a close monitoring of the entire process. 4. Please provide the address at which meetings with UNDP will take place so that we can calculate travel costs. Meetings will take place at the 304 E 45th St., FF Building, 9th Floor in New York City, NY 5. Annex 2 (c) requires a latest audited financial statement. Is that required at the time of proposal submission or upon award? Bidders are expected to provide the latest audited financial statement at the time of submission of the offers to the RFP process. 6. Annex 2 (e) requires certificates and accreditation information. For this particular RFP, what are the type of certificates you are looking for? Those certificates demonstrate that the bidders have established/registered their business in line with the applicable legislations and laws. Where applicable, accreditation may be also presented. |
