| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International consultant for Drafting of Low-Carbon Climate Resilient Social Impact Investment Road-Map for Viet Nam (1-170501). UNDP is currently considering developing a low carbon climate resilient social impact fund for Viet Nam. There is an interest to explore the potential of attracting social impact investment towards SMEs that can result in enhanced climate resilience of SMEs and/or promote the uptake and diffusion of technologies that can support adaptation to climate change. In this context, an assessment needs to be done to explore the potential for social impact investment opportunities in Viet Nam and potentially the wider Mekong region and to chart a road-map for next steps in fund development. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
