ITB-124/17 - Rehabilitation works of Al-Shergat Municipality Department

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

This ITB includes the following documents:

 Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation

Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Bid Data Sheet)

Section 3 – Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Price Schedule Form

Section 8 – Bid Security Form(N/A)

Section 9 – Performance Security (it will be requested from the winning bidder)

Section 10 – UNDP Model Contract for Works and General Terms and Conditions for civil works

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted via electronic submission (email) to bids.iraq.sc@undp.org  latest by Thursday 18 May, 2017 by 1400 hours.

The bidders are advised to attend the physical site visit to have the clear understanding on the Scope of Works prior providing their offer to UNDP. The site visit is scheduled on Thursday 11 May 2017 between 11:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs, the Focal Person for the Site Visit: Eng Ahmed Rajab Abed, Mobile: 07705147868.
