Dear Sir/Madam

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

This ITB includes the following documents:

Section 1 – This Letter of Invitation

Section 2 – Instructions to Bidders (including Data Sheet)

Section 3 – Schedule of Requirements, Technical Specifications and Drawings

Section 4 – Bid Submission Form

Section 5 – Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder and Joint Venture;

Section 6 – Technical Bid Form

Section 7 – Price Schedule Form (BOQ attached separately)

Section 8 – Form for Bid Security

Section 9 – Form for Performance Security (it will be requested from the winning bidder)

Section 10 – Form for Advanced Payment Guarantee [N/A]

 Section 11 – Form of Contract, including General Terms and Conditions for Civil Work

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, together in a sealed envelope, should be submitted in accordance with Section-2, latest by: Thursday 25th May by 1400 hours.

The bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on Monday 15th May, 2017 between 11:00am till 1:00pm
