| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme office in Kosovo hereby invites interested municipalities in Kosovo to submit applications as per the requirements indicated below. Applicants should adhere to the format of Application Form and in accordance with the required information submit the necessary documentation. The form must be filled in the local language. The municipality is expected to submit the required documentation from application sets or Application Form (Annex 1) and a Letter of Intent (Annex 3). All documents must be duly completed, signed and certified in accordance with the requirements of each of these forms. The Letter of Intent and supporting documentation should be submitted in two (2) original (or certified copy) sets of documents in hard copy and an electronic copy (CD or USB) in a sealed envelope by registered mail, private courier service or in person at the following address: United Nations Development Programme in Kosovo - UNDP Kosovo Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans (ReLOaD) United Nations building Zagrebi Street 58, Arberia 10000 Prishtinë/Priština Kosovo Final deadline for submission of applications to UNDP is on 28 July 2017 at 17.00. Applications submitted after the official deadline, will be considered only in case the postmark indicates a date of dispatch before the official deadline. Applications submitted in any other way (for example, by fax or e-mail), or which are delivered to other addresses will not be considered.
