We kindly request you to submit your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal for Operation of the UN House Cafeteria, located at 14 Petros Adamyan street, Yerevan, Armenia, in the scope of “Modernization of Meghri Border Crossing Points Project”.
Please be guided by Section 2, in preparing your Proposal.
Proposals need to be submitted on or before 15 August 2017, 5:00 pm local Yerevan time (GMT +4) via e-mail: tenders‐armenia@undp.org Please note that proposals received through any other e-mail address will not be considered.
Your Proposal must be submitted in English and be valid for a minimum period of 120 calendar days.
Also, you are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following e‐mail to the following e‐mail address: procurement.armenia@undp.org The letter should be received by UNDP no later than COB, August 11, 2017. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded.
