Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Republic of Belarus presents its compliments and invites to submit proposals for organization of one study tour to the EU countries on “Best Practices in Green Urban Development” within the framework of the UNDP/GEF project implementation “Belarus: Supporting Green Urban Development in Small and Medium-Sized Cities in Belarus”. Proposals are accepted for organization of one or two study tours to different destination countries. If a bidder submits two proposals for organization of two study tours those proposals will be evaluated individually as alternative ones.

Attention! Questions and Answers to the tender document, Supplemental Information to the RFP are posted. Proposals submission deadline is extended.

Proposals may be submitted on or before 5 p.m. (17:00 Minsk time) 06 October 2017 via email, courier mail or fax to the address below:

The letter (envelope or the subject of the e-mail) must contain the following reference and name of the tender: RFP BLR No. RFP/UNDP/727/2017, study tour.

               

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English language, and valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the deadline of the proposal submission.

All companies wishing to take part in the tender are invited.

 

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. You have to make sure that your proposal was delivered at the above-mentioned address till the deadline of the proposal submission by yourselves. As to make sure that your proposal was delivered, you may call the telephone numbers:  +375 17 327 81 49, 327 48 76. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your Proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, not exceeding the volume of 10 MB and free from any virus or corrupted files.
