| Overview : PFIP will engage a firm to design and build out the necessary technology solutions for FSPs and Reserve Banks. PFIP has agreed to launch the first initiative in Solomon Islands with the Central Bank of the Solomon Islands (CBSI), followed by a similar initiative with the Reserve Bank of Fiji. We expect to replicate a successful solution in other Pacific markets as well. UNDP onbehalf of PFIP is seeking for qualified individual to manage the projects and ensure alignment with PFIP’s broader collection and reporting of financial inclusion performance data. The main responsibilities of the consultant will be the following: - Coordinate the participation of the regional Central banks and the FSP partners.
- Supervise the contracted IT provider through from scoping, design concept, pilot, field testing, implementation and post-implementation support.
- Manage the project on a daily basis, including planning and execution of the work plan & budget.
- Integrate new data into PFIP’s global data collection and reporting procedures
