Expression of Interest

UNDP Nigeria is in the process of creating a roster of qualifies Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society Organizations and Community Based Organizations (NGO/CSO/CBO) for various programme areas. UNDP therefore invites qualified and experienced NGOs/CSO/CBOs for the expression of interest in the following areas.

  1. Voter Education
  2. Election Monitoring
  3. Women Participation in Politics
  4. Anti-Corruption
  5. Conflict and Peace Building
  6. Human rights
  7. Drug Dependence Treatment
  8. Livelihoods and Early Recovery
  9. Community Development
  10. Cash for Work

To qualify for consideration, your organization MUST be legally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission to do business in Nigeria or have a legally registered agent in Nigeria. All applicants are required to duly complete and submit the Prequalification Application Form in the same format provided. The form is available on http://procurement-notices.undp.org/ . Please provide the complete set of documents with your application:

  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Corporate profile.
  • Full address in Nigeria. Kindly ensure the address provided is easily traced.
  • Details of similar contracts executed in the last 3 years including names of clients/partners, location, scope and contract value, telephone numbers and full addresses.
  • Copies of the company Audited Financial Reports for the past 3 years (2014, 2015, 2016).

Once the submission date of the EOI has passed, UNDP will evaluate all submitted responses. UNDP reserves the right to undertake a capacity assessment of the NGO/CSO/CBO during the course of the pre-qualification, should it be deemed necessary.  Only successful participants will be notified by email of the outcome of the evaluation.

5. Closing date of submission and Contact Details

The EOI and any supplementary documentation must be received by UNDP no later than 5:00pm on 15th September 2017, Abuja, Nigeria Time. ONLY ONE COPY OF THE QUALIFYING Materials should be submitted  to
