- Evaluation method to be used in selecting the most responsive Bid: (☒ Non-Discretionary “Pass/Fail” Criteria on the Technical Requirements; and ☒ Lowest price offer of technically qualified/responsive Bid based on CPT Pyongyang Border Site or DAP (to all 15 project sites) is changed to “☒ Non-Discretionary “Pass/Fail” Criteria on the Technical Requirements; and ☒ Lowest price offer of technically qualified/responsive Bid based on DAP (to all 15 project sites).”
- The contents of 3a, 3b and section 7 are also amended. For details, please refer to revised Section 3a, Section 3b and Section 7 in the Annex of this Amendment.

The email transmission must be limited to a maximum of 5 MB, virus-free and no more than 4 email transmissions, PDF files only, password protected, and Price Schedule should be separated from Technical bid.) You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the email address: bids.china@undp.org no later than 8 September 2017. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.
