| Overview : UNDP seeks 03 national consultants: 01 National consultant for documenting HCMC’s MDP experience (HCMC) 01 National consultant for documenting HCMC’s MDP experience and recommendations for application in other provinces (Team leader) 01 National consultant for data analysis and MDP approach. For the project: Poverty Reduction Programmes and Policies Phase II – Initiation Plan (PRPP II – IP) Objectives - Support the documentation of HCM city experience in development and application MDP for sharing with other localities in Viet Nam and in the region (direct communication among localities, or via the newly established MDP Hub)
- Propose recommendations on possitilities and conditions for application of MDP approach in other localities.
- Propose recommendations for improvement/adjustment of current regulations/ methodologies in measuring MDP and related central polices/regulations for MDP application nationwide.
